jbdt Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the jbdt platform, you must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit you from participating in online betting or casino gaming. jbdt does not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 21, and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Each player may hold only one account on the jbdt platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any funds held therein. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jbdt login credentials, including your mobile number and password. jbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details. You agree to notify jbdt immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your jbdt account must be made via approved payment methods. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and designated Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jbdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name on your jbdt account.

jbdt reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the deposit section of your account and may be subject to change at jbdt's discretion.

Withdrawals and Account Verification

Withdrawals from your jbdt account are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Before processing any withdrawal, jbdt may require you to complete account verification (KYC), which involves submitting a valid government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method. This process is in place to protect players and comply with anti-money-laundering standards.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• jbdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method other than the originating deposit method may require additional verification.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in your account's withdrawal section and are subject to change.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jbdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which will be published at the time each promotion is made available. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are not withdrawable directly and must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement / rollover) before they convert to real withdrawable funds.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• jbdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.

Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on jbdt are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. For cricket betting, jbdt follows recognised cricket betting rules including settlement based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). jbdt reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are abandoned, postponed, or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

All casino game results at jbdt are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. jbdt does not manipulate game outcomes. Any player found to be using automated betting software, bots, exploits, or any technique designed to gain an unfair advantage will have their account suspended and winnings forfeited.

Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You agree not to use the jbdt platform for any of the following purposes, and you acknowledge that doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling jbdt to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using the platform in a way that could cause technical damage or disruption to jbdt systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jbdt is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. All players may, at any time, use the self-management tools available in their account settings to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; request a temporary cooling-off period (time-out); or apply for full self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and are treated as binding for the duration specified.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jbdt software.
• Use any jbdt branding or trademarks without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform by automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. jbdt's total liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the value of funds currently held in your jbdt account at the time the claim arises.

jbdt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or defects, or that any particular game or feature will function on your specific device or network configuration. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jbdt's internal complaints process by emailing [email protected]. jbdt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jbdt's internal process within a reasonable period, you may seek resolution through such other means as are available under applicable law. jbdt makes no representations as to the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted.

Amendments and Severability

jbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jbdt.ws/terms-conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jbdt regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
